Patients interested in applying for the Dental Lifeline program may do so here.
Volunteer to see a pre-screened patient in your own office through Donated Dental Services (DDS), a program of Dental Lifeline Network • Alaska.
If you want to volunteer and help patients in need, but prefer the comfort of your own office, equipment and staff, the Donated Dental Services (DDS) program is for you. DDS assists patients with disabilities, those who are elderly or medically fragile and cannot afford treatment.

- Choose to see or decline any patient
- See patients in your own office
- Never pay lab costs
- No paperwork for office staff
Your DDS Coordinator will:
- Ensure that patients arrive on time
- Be the liaison between your staff and the patient to facilitate treatment
- Arrange for assistance from specialist and laboratories
